I was researching ideas to help me taper off prednisone more smoothly. I had been on high doses after a nasty virus starting in July of 2022 and couldn’t get below 12 mg until I started to receive a biologic injection for asthma in late November. This was extremely helpful so I no longer seemed to need the prednisone for asthma symptoms. I was able to decrease as far as my asthma was concerned, but I was having trouble working and functioning because of extremely low energy. After reading about Nutranize Zone I decided to try it. Blah… Blah… Blah is all I have heard from overpriced supplement companies over the last 40 years. I’ve tried many with no appreciable effects… until now. Have used this product for 2 months now and have found it to be so very helpful…particularly in terms of sleep quantity and quality. I am in my 70s and have rarely slept more than 2 to 4 hours at a stretch for more than 10 years. This pattern was exacerbated ++++once I had to take Prednisone. I had tried melatonin at various times but found it not very effective. Plus it left me groggy in the am.

This is an excellent supplement . I had to take a very high dose of Prednisone for several months and I was struggling with serious side effects. I was diagnosed with Lupus in 2016. I was immediately put on Prednisone to help with joint inflammation and pain. The Prednisone was like a miracle drug. It helped me sooo much…until it didn’t. All of the nasty side effects started coming in 2018. I started blowing up like a hot-air balloon! I don’t really see any difference and the night one makes me tired all day long I can’t do anything during the day if I take the one at night. And the one in the morning I didn’t really see any difference or changes

I started taking Nutranize closely to the time I began taking Prednisone. As I was reading about the negative effects of Prednisone, It scared the beejeezees out of me. I was researching ideas to help me taper off prednisone more smoothly. I had been on high doses after a nasty virus starting in July of 2022 and couldn’t get below 12 mg until I started to receive a biologic injection for asthma in late November. This was extremely helpful so I no longer seemed to need the prednisone for asthma symptoms. I was able to decrease as far as my asthma was concerned, but I was having trouble working and functioning because of extremely low energy. After reading about Nutranize Zone I decided to try it. While it is not a miracle, I find it very helpful. I am able to decrease at the rate of .5 mg a week without as much fatigue or as many negative thoughts. It is still not easy, but it certainly seems to be easier!

I have been taking Zone for nearly two months and have ordered more. I have been on prednisone for seven months. Blah… Blah… Blah is all I have heard from overpriced supplement companies over the last 40 years. I’ve tried many with no appreciable effects… until now. I was recently diagnosed with PMR so I was put on Prednisone. I went from a relatively normal, sane, and lucid person into someone who by the end of the day felt horribly bad for being unreasonable, critical, and combative toward everyone around me. Have used this product for 2 months now and have found it to be so very helpful…particularly in terms of sleep quantity and quality. I am in my 70s and have rarely slept more than 2 to 4 hours at a stretch for more than 10 years. This pattern was exacerbated ++++once I had to take Prednisone. I had tried melatonin at various times but found it not very effective. Plus it left me groggy in the am.
Since taking Nutranize…and while still taking high doses of Prednisone, I regularly sleep for 6 to 7 hours at a stretch and awaken feeling truly rested, never groggy. It really seems to take the Edge off. I was on high dosages for six months120mg I’ve been tapering for three months. Right now I am on 2 1/2 mg a day. I was having a very bad taper when that happens they want to put you on higher milligrams. good I saw Dr. Megan‘s product tried it and it really does work

I was diagnosed with Lupus in 2016. I was immediately put on Prednisone to help with joint inflammation and pain. The Prednisone was like a miracle drug. It helped me sooo much…until it didn’t. All of the nasty side effects started coming in 2018. I started blowing up like a hot-air balloon! I gained 80 POUNDS in an 8-mo time period, I had horrible mood swings (laughing one minute and raging or crying the next). At my next Dr visit, I was told that my Potassium and Magnesium levels were “dangerously low” and was put on supplements for those. The swelling in my legs and ankles…oh my gosh…I looked like an elephant, and could barely walk. The weight came on so fast that I couldn’t control it. However, according to the US Office of Dietary Supplements, “Few serious adverse effects have been linked to high intakes of chromium, so the Institute of Medicine has not established a Tolerable Upper Intake Level (UL) for this mineral.” That means the US government is not concerned with someone taking too much chromium. Instead, chromium is one of the most important ingredients in this supplement for people on prednisone.
