Shipping Policy

We provide free standard shipping on all products shipped in the USA. If applicable, location surcharges may be added to your order. You are solely responsible for all import fees.

Standard shipped items typically arrive 3–7 business days after processing. Shipping is dependent on items being in stock at the time of order. Actual processing, shipping, and delivery times may vary. Please allow extra time for delivery to remote areas.

You will receive an e‑mail notification, including tracking information, when your order has shipped. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Orders are handled by a variety of carriers.

Refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that cannot be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by custom officials.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available in the USA for an additional $10 for two day express. If an order is received by noon Eastern Time, the order should be delivered two business days later.

To choose expedited shipping, simply select that option under “Your Shipping Methods” in the Checkout.

International Shipping

Shipping to international locations is an option for certain countries. Send an email to [email protected] to inquire if your country is eligible. International shipping fees start at $25 and may go higher depending on the location. You are solely responsible for all import fees and any other fees your country may incur on international shipments.
