Empty Bottle Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you may return the unused portion of the product to us within 60 days of the date of purchase, and we will refund the full purchase price. I’m so confident you will find Nutranize Zone helpful, you could even return just the empty bottles! All refunds are conditioned on proof of purchase.

Returns sent to another address, such as return-to-sender, may not be received and cannot be honored as a return.
Please e‑mail a copy of the tracking number for all items returned to [email protected] within 24 hours of mailing.
You are solely responsible for all costs associated with returning a product.
You may only return a product that you personally purchased from Nutranize.
Refunds should be processed within 30 days from the date of return. The form of the refund will generally be based on your original form of payment for the product.

Q: How do you cancel if you no longer want the subscription?
- Canceling your subscription of Nutranize Zone is easy! Several options:
- Log in to your account by clicking on “My Account” on the top bar of the website. Click “Subscriptions,” “View,” then “Cancel.”
- Or simply reply to any email from Nutranize at least one business day before it is set to renew saying you want to cancel.
- Or text or call Customer Care at 1-435-429-0934 at least one business day before it is set to renew saying you want to cancel.
Q: Can I keep my subscription discount if I want to pause it?
- If you’d like to retain your subscription discount, instead of canceling, you can pause your subscription. To pause your subscription, please email or call Customer Care at 1-435-429-0934 and we can set it to renew any date in the future.
Q: Can I change the subscription renewal date?
- Yes, you can renew any date in the future, or postpone when it will renew. Please email [email protected] or call Customer Care at 1-435-429-0934 and tell us which date you’d like it to renew. We can also change how often it renews. For example, if you are currently scheduled for once a month, we can change it to every other month or every third month. You can get a bigger discount by getting #3 every 3 months as well.
