Very sensitive to the ingredients, can’t take two pills at once. My resting blood sugars are lower. Sugars seem more regulated but only when I have eaten protein with carbohydrates. Experiencing more bloating and sodium sensitivity but do not know if that is due to increasing the prednisone dosage from 8.5 to 10 mg.

Ive been on prednisone now 30 years 11/28/20 for Kidney Transplant due to hereditary Polycystic Kidney Disease. Ive been taking most of the nutrients in Nutranize for years anyway, except for magnesium, Berberine, Chromium. Alot of supplement bottles !!!! Have used this product for 2 months now and have found it to be so very helpful…particularly in terms of sleep quantity and quality. I am in my 70s and have rarely slept more than 2 to 4 hours at a stretch for more than 10 years. This pattern was exacerbated ++++once I had to take Prednisone. I was diagnosed with Lupus in 2016. I was immediately put on Prednisone to help with joint inflammation and pain. The Prednisone was like a miracle drug. It helped me sooo much…until it didn’t. I started Nutranize one month ago. I see two advantages. One, I don’t need to buy many different vitamin supplements. They’re all contained in one. Two, I split my prednisone dose, morning and night. Very sensitive to the ingredients, can’t take two pills at once. My resting blood sugars are lower. Sugars seem more regulated but only when I have eaten protein with carbohydrates. Ive been on prednisone now 30 years 11/28/20 for Kidney Transplant due to hereditary Polycystic Kidney Disease.
